All deliveries are handled by a third-party service, which is experienced, licensed and insured. All items are inspected thoroughly prior to delivery.
If you believe your item was damaged during transport, please contact the delivery company directly.
REQUIRED: An adult (at least 18 years old) who is authorized to make decisions at the home must be present for delivery. The delivery agents will not enter your home unaccompanied, nor can they accept a signed note instructing them to leave your purchase.
Delivery agents will fully connect your new appliance as long as you have the proper electrical outlets, gas shut off valves, water supply and shut off valves, and/or venting sources available at the time of delivery.
Delivery agents are not authorized to perform carpentry, plumbing or electrical work and cannot resolve any outstanding issues with pipes, water values, wiring, outlets, or cabinetry as part of the installation.
Installation will not be completed if the product installation requirements are not met.
The customer is responsible for resolving the installation issue (i.e. water shut off valve needed or a venting source not available). Once the issue is resolved, contact the delivery agent to schedule a time for them to come back out to complete the installation.
PRIOR TO delivering and installing an appliance you purchased from us, we agents will inspect your appliance for any visible damage and test your appliance for proper operation.
At the time of delivery/installation, if any damage is discovered, parts are missing, the wrong appliance was delivered, or if your appliance is not working properly, the delivery agents will discuss your options with you.
